Made from a selection of berries affected by noble rot, which gives it both its name and its particular typicity, this wine impresses by its balance: 11.5° and 172 g/L of residual sugar supported by a very nice acidity. It has a superb golden colour, aromas of hazelnuts and undergrowth, and bears witness to the keeping capacity of the great sweet wines of Alsace.
