Our prices are guaranteed until 1st October 2024 within the limit of available stocks and subject to a change of vintage.

Our prices are indicated per bottle, expressed in Euros and include all taxes (all French taxes included), ex-cellar, payment at the time of order, by cheque, bank transfer or credit card.

Our prices are regularly updated, the latest price list cancels the previous ones.

Shipping costs are not included: see below for shipping costs.

Our export shipping costs depend mainly on the chosen carrier, the quantities and the destination countries. They are always expressed in EUR (VAT included, all French taxes included), ex cellar, valid until the date indicated in our proposal, delivery to the same address, payment in advance.

Please note that certain restrictions and additional taxes are to be taken into account depending on the destination Country.

• 3 % discount for orders of 120 bottles or more.
• 5 % discount for orders of 240 bottles or more.

These discounts do not apply to shipping costs.

Delivery times may vary from a few days to about a week. They depend on the carrier, which may vary according to regions, costs and quantities. We try to take into account the desired delivery date if you indicate one. Packages are delivered to the delivery address indicated when ordering. The domain generally declines all responsibility for possible delays in delivery.

As the goods are shipped at the risk of the addressees, you are requested to check the condition of the goods as soon as they are received, in order to express all the necessary reservations, in writing, on the delivery receipt of the carrier, who is solely responsible in the event of missing or damaged goods.

The parties agree to assimilate any event totally beyond their control to a case of force majeure producing the legal effects legally defined by article 1218 of the Civil Code. Consequently, each of the parties will be exonerated from their contractual and/or tortious liability in the event of a breach of contract.

By express agreement between the parties, no legal action or claim by the Client, whatever it may be, may be brought or made against the Domain more than six months (6 months) after the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim. The Domain's liability can only be engaged in case of proven fault and only within the limit of the price of the goods (the bottle(s)) deemed to be defective by both the Client and the Domain, excluding possible indirect and/or immaterial damages such as, in particular, any financial or commercial prejudice resulting from a decrease or loss of business or result, etc.

French law will apply for any possible dispute between the parties.

In the event of any dispute between the parties that cannot be settled amicably, only the courts of the place where the domain's headquarters are located shall be competent.

In accordance with article L. 3342-1 of the French Public Health Code, the sale of alcoholic beverages to minors is prohibited. The Customer declares and undertakes to be at least 18 years of age on the date of the order.

In certain countries, it is forbidden to consult a site such as ours because local legislation restricts the sale and/or promotion of alcoholic beverages. All our wines are to be consumed and appreciated in moderation because alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health.

In spite of our policy of systematic reduction of the inputs, all our wines contain sulphites.
